5. Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. Please refer to the following:
- Standard Bakery Items: Cancellations or modifications for standard bakery items must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund or credit.
- Custom Cakes and Catering: Specific cancellation and refund policies will be communicated during the order placement process for custom cakes and catering services, often involving non-refundable deposits and tiered refund schedules based on proximity to the event date.
